Project Overview

Luround is an all-in-one client management platform designed to help coaches, consultants, and trainers simplify how they book clients, track payments, and manage services.

I led the end-to-end product design, helping the platform onboard 45% of its early users and reduce their admin workload by up to 3 hours weekly.

Before Luround (The Problem)

Most service providers rely on multiple disconnected tools to run their business: Calendly for scheduling, Google Sheets for tracking clients, bank transfers for payments, and Word documents for invoices.

This workflow wastes valuable time and increases the risk of missed appointments.

With Luround

Service providers finally have an all-in-one client management platform to manage every part of their business, from service setup to scheduling, payments, and invoices, in one place.

Luround allows users to create a branded profile showcasing their services, and clients can book sessions based on real-time availability.

Approach

We prioritized a mobile-first design, as 90% of users operated their businesses from their phones, and mapped the product into 5 core experiences: Profile, Services, Bookings, Payments, and Dashboard.

We analyzed 5 competing tools to identify feature gaps and identify their unique value propositions.

This research helped us see what’s missing in the market and how we can build a better, more competitive product.
